Cancellation policy
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled inside the 24-hour window may be charged a fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service. If you cannot make your appointment, please call or text (210) 954-3668 or email meagenrose@me.com as soon as possible.
Booking and changes
Live availability, service selection, and appointment changes are managed through GlossGenius. If you are unsure which service to choose, contact Meagen before booking and she’ll help you find the right appointment.
